Inspired by Stella Jean
This weekend, I was discussing plans with a friend. We talked about her amazing weight loss of 80 pounds (This always happens to other people ). Anyway, she told me how she had struggled to dress at the time and that to have a bit of style, she had to spend a fortune in plus size stores. So, she decided to solve her problem by taking sewing classes and had ended up creating her own collection.
This is what inspired me to get the sewing machine out and create this maxi skirt. I spotted this style some time ago, a creation of the super-talented Stella Jean, you remember? This was my inspiration for this DIY.
And I also think this changes a little from my usual looks. The color, on an outfit, changes everything and if we add patterns, it really brings originality overhaul. I’m already looking forward to spring so I can rock combinations of patterns.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, and again THANK YOU for your support. I am so surprised! Already nearly 25,000 views on my first DIY video that showed you how to revamp your couch. I did not expect so many views. I’m super excited to show you a new way to create something with your ten fingers and hope you enjoy it.
For this second edition, I chose a maxi skirt, but not too much. Its cut is large, its size is ultra high, it ‘s worn just above the ankles with heels or a pair of Converse.
Ok! It’s time to work! A fashion tutorial to end the week. Have a great weekend!
I’m wearing a Zara shirt, Christian Louboutin Pumps So Kate, a DIY skirt.
